Memorial Day Recognition at Sailors' Home Cemetery

Each Memorial Day, the Lions Club of Quincy proudly participates in the annual recognition ceremony at Sailors' Home Cemetery, joining veterans, community leaders, local organizations, and residents in honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

This solemn and meaningful ceremony provides an opportunity to reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who defended our freedoms. Surrounded by the historic resting place of sailors and veterans, attendees gather to pay tribute through remarks, prayers, patriotic observances, and moments of remembrance.
